The Bowl Battle started in 2009 with four participants: Jerry, Lance, Rhett, and Noah. Since then, the Laubach family tradition has added dozens of family and friends vying to claim the prized traveling trophy and year-long bragging rights!
2024 brought college football the 12-team playoff and Bowl Battle version 2.0. After 15 seasons, the battle was expanded from 13 to 16 regular season bowl games, a 4-team playoff round, and the inclusion of close family friends.
