Both of today’s games feature Wildcats. We also get a battle between outgoing and incoming Big 12 teams. Games are on ESPN @ 4:45 and 8:15. 

Today’s games will take us across the season’s halfway mark and could give us our first elimination(s).

The Commish is eliminated if Kansas State beats North Carolina State in the Pop-Tart Bowl.

EmCrisp, last year’s champion, is anti-Wildcats and anti-(current) Big 12 today.  She is eliminated if EITHER the Kansas State Wildcats lose to the Wolfpack OR the Arizona Wildcats lose to the Sooners. 

Five games are in the books and Dr Drone (Christopher) and Zufu (Mark) are the only undefeated players. 

There will be a maximum of 1 undefeated player after today’s games. They both selected Kansas State but have different picks in the Alamo Bowl: Zufu = Arizona and Dr Drone = OU. 

Today starts 4 consecutive days of a workday’s worth of Bowl Battles to watch! Two games back-to-back each day! 

Wednesday’s games start at 4:30 with North Carolina vs West Virginia in Duke’s Mayo Bowl. 11 folks picked WVU and 7 UNC. Vegas has WVU as a 6-point favorite.

That is followed by the dueling Aggies as Oklahoma State faces Texas A&M in the Texas Bowl at 8:00. OSU was picked by 12 players & A&M by 6. Vegas has OSU favored by 3. 

Just turn your TV to ESPN at 4:30 today to catch both matchups. 

As for the early standings, we have 4 undefeated players: alejandro, lil londo, Dr Drone & Zufu.  Kansas’s defeat of UNLV last night gave SOUM & Gabby their first loss.

Kansas takes on UNLV at 8:00 tonight in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl.

Gabby, SOUM & V Dawg picked the underdog UNLV to win. Everyone else has Kansas.

The Commish missed a Big 12 matchup.   As such, we are adding the Duke’s Mayo Bowl (West Virginia vs. North Carolina on the 27th) and dropping the Armed Forces Bowl (Air Force vs. James Madison on the 23rd).
